Antonio Arámburu Mejía
Law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, having defended in 1989 his thesis entitled “Difficulties of the Strict Application of the Rules Relating to the Suspension of the Contested Authoritative Act”.
Upon completion of his fourth year of his law degree, he was responsible for the Directorate of Free Legal Advice for the accreditation social service. This service lasted for three years, upon conclusion of several pro bono lawsuits handled.
He completed specialized studies in constitutional and amparo matters at the Universidad Panamericana and the “García Máynez” Seminar organized by the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
Professor of Constitutional Procedural Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho. Professor of the course on Amparo Against Laws of the postgraduate degrees at the Escuela Libre de Derecho. He has taught several courses on the Amparo Action in postgraduate degrees of the ITAM and the Universidad Iberoamericana in Leon, Guanajuato, and Puebla, as well as at the LL. M’s Amparo Degree at the Universidad Latina de América in Morelia, Michoacán.
Speaker at various seminars and lectures, including: the International Seminar on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights held by the Program for Cooperation in Human Rights Mexico- European Commission of the Foreign Relations Ministry of Mexico; the Symposium on Interim Measures and the Suspension of the Execution of the Government Action within the Administrative Contentious Procedure, organized by the Institute of Fiscal and Administrative Justice; and the Fifth International Seminar on Antitrust/Competition organized by the ITAM.
