Through our pleadings, motions, and activity before District Courts, Collegiate Courts, and the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico, court precedents on legal issues going from interests protected by the law, or whether a certain authority can be considered as such in terms of an amparo trial, or on temporary and permanent injunctions, among other issues relating to the amparo proceedings, have been revolutionized creating therefore new constructions on legal concepts and interpretations in order to adapt them to each case presented to us by our clients, which has given way to, not only triumphs in those particular matters at hand, but also having a direct effect within the areas in which our practice is built upon.
